Overview

Long before I knew it was a “thing,” I was practicing financial minimalism. It's been a core part of my life since I got my first job and apartment. Over the years, this practice has been incredibly influential, affording me the luxury to take a year-long maternity leave, work part-time, give thousands to charity, and more.

I've never been wealthy or a financial guru, but I've always had a clear understanding of my values and seen money as a tool to live them out. While some of this comes naturally, a large part has been cultivating awareness and self-discipline around my spending habits.

I designed this free mini-course to introduce you to the concept of financial minimalism and guide you on a journey to lessen the burden of material possessions, societal pressures, and continually striving for more. It will help you unlock the door to true luxury: a life lived on your own terms.

By the end of this course, you will be able to define financial minimalism and understand its core principles, identify unnecessary expenses and wasteful spending habits, apply minimalist principles to your personal finances, and begin your journey toward financial freedom.
