Manglam: It's totally a thing (I proclaimed it so a few weeks ago), and no one does it better than Jamie Drake. I recently stumbled upon fresh pics of his fabulous Manhattan apartment and remain a fan of its swanky, in-your-face allure. The bedroom is especially delicious–in fact, I almost blogged about it exclusively. Lacquered walls, you had me at "hello."
