Friday Fashion: Met Gala 2011

You may be surprised by my "best dressed" pick for this year's Met Gala, but I must award it to Christina "Wednesday" Ricci. Why?

  • The Costume Institute Gala is all about drama and this dress brings it (Kudos, Zac Posen!);
  • Although it's not a McQueen design, I'm sure he would approve of its gothic flair; and
  • This is EXACTLY what an adult Wednesday Adams would wear! The thought just tickles me.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this one. My choice is being met with fierce opposition.
