Interiors: A Modern Manhattan Home

The Manhattan apartment of architect David Howell and interior designer Steffani Aarons really speaks (more like screams) to my modern sensibilities. It's light-filled and layered, incorporating soft textiles, natural surfaces, and modern furnishings to create a family-friendly retreat. My favorite feature, strangely enough, is the lighting. Sconces, floor lamps, chandeliers... it's all good. Although, the travertine fireplace is pretty killer, too.
