Ok. It’s officially called the "Sitting Room," but with its dark hemp-covered walls and patchwork rug, this space feels rather den-like. Nina created the room for Elle Décor's Modern Life Concept House (read about last year’s visit), and although it lacks traditional feminine details, she designed it with a lady in mind. "This room belongs to a confident woman who enjoys her private time."

Hmm… sounds like it was designed with ME in mind. Thanks, Nina!

P.S. The seating, love seat and dining chairs, is by Jason Wu. That’s my subtle nod to the start of New York Fashion Week, which I will frantically start pinning later today!
