When I was small, I had just about the worst case of chickenpox that my doctor had ever seen. Naturally, my mother stayed home from work to take care of me, eventually using up all available vacation days. Out of options, she did what she had to - she quit! A bold move for a low-income family. What can I say? My mommy loves me!

They let her keep her job (thankfully), but don't you just love her chutzpah?! So, this is dedicated to you, Mommy, and all moms everywhere who sacrifice in big and small ways daily. Putting your kids first is no small feat. And for this, we appreciate you!
